Shipping policy

PTRCRS ships worldwide.

Orders are processed for shipment from Monday to Friday from 11.00 am to. 5.30. pm (CET). Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

 

IN-STOCK ITEMS

If the item is in stock we will ship within 7 working days.

Deliveries may incur slight delays during holiday periods and please note that couriers do not deliver on public holidays or weekends.

An extra working day is required for orders paid for by credit card to allow for standard administrative procedures.
Shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

 

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order are any orders made of items uploaded online that are not yet available in stock, whose delivery is set in the following months.

For PTRCRS pre-orders the delivery deadline is expected within 60 to 90 days maximum.

PTRCRS cannot be accountable for any delays made on pre-orderable items during the production stage.

PTRCRS will issue the invoice related to orders with pre-orderable items, placed by credit card, the day after its placement, or the next available working day.

The shipping country provided in the order confirmation for pre-orders cannot be later modified.

 

OUT OF STOCK

When the item is out of stock you can sign in to get notified once it’s available again.
